We are a collective of Catholic contributors, who are doing our very best to answer St. Paul's call to "pray without ceasing".

For our friend Brandon

Our Tumblr friend Brandon has disappeared… dropped right off of the radar.  He said some very troubling things before he disappeared.

This is EXACTLY what we’re here for.  You can not only support a particular intention in your prayer, but what you may not know is that those prayers which come with merits and graces, you can give them to someone else.

Your rosaries today - your time at Adoration… PLEASE consider assigning the merits and graces to our friend Brandon Ocampo.  He needs all of the graces he can get right now.

For those that are attempting to locate him - please pray for their success.

And for Brandon… please pray that he be comforted by our dear and blessed Lord - that He surround him with an army of guardian angels… and that he get in touch with us - safe and sound.

Follow-up to that last post.

St. Aloysius Church has recovered every single one of the missing chalices and ciborium.

Thank you for all of your prayers.  God bless you, every one of you.

Pax Domini sit semper vobiscum!

St. Aloysius Church in Columbus, Ohio

Please pray for St. Aloysius Church in Columbus Ohio.  Last night, someone broke in did quite a bit of damage along the way while they stole all of the chalices, patens, and two ciborium.

Thankfully, they did NOT find the tabernacle key, so the tabernacles, and our Lord, were undisturbed.

Please pray for the recovery of the stolen items, and for the soul of the person who did this.

Would you mind including manic people in the depressed/suicidal prayer request? I would appreciate it greatly.

Not at all :)

Can you please pray for all those who are depressed and/or considering suicide, especially this one anon that is messaging a fellow tumblr Catholic? Thanks <3

Definitely. Prayer warriors, you know what to do. <33

Hello, followers. Please pardon the break from our regular broadcast…

Some of you may remember a young girl awhile back, who had a “countdown blog”, where she planned to hang herself at the end of so many days.  Through your prayers and through your intervention, we got to her in time, and her life was saved.

Her name was Isa.

I asked her to consider starting another blog, to document her recovery when she came back from treatment.  That blog is Slowly But Surely Recovering.

Please consider following her, or sending her a random encouraging message to let her know she’s still in our thoughts, we still care, we haven’t forgotten about her, and we love that she’s still around and busy being awesome.

Eternal Father,

soldierofthelord:

I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Never messed up with progressives

Progressives would have us give up our constitutional right to freedom of religion. Catholics have difficulties with politics because in reality, we are neither progressive nor conservative. However, you will see a lot of Catholics vote with conservatives because our first freedom, the right to life, is non-negotiable.
